• Find a Lender – We can help you find a lender for the purchase of your new home. We have several lenders that we trust and will send you a list with their contact information. This is the most important first step on the path to home ownership.

• Price Range – Your lender will work with you to determine the price range for your new home. This will be based on your monthly income and expenses. The lender will ensure that your loan meets the lending guidelines set by the Federal Government.

• Research – We want to consider all your wants and needs before we go look at houses. How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you want? Are there specific neighborhoods or towns you would like to live in? What about schools and your commute to work? What style of home would you like? These are all questions you want to answer. Then we can set your search with these criteria to find you the home of your dream and write an offer. With my experience in the market, I will provide you with the information that we need to put together an offer that has the best chance of being accepted.

• Once Your Offer is Accepted – I will guide you through the next steps of the process. Making sure that we are meeting the contract dates and deadlines. We will work closely with your lender and the Title company to ensure everything is being completed on time so that you can close and get you into your new home.

• Moving Time! – Congratulations we have closed. You are now homeowners. Once you have the keys you get to move in. If you need the names of moving companies, we can help. Remember to contact the post office and submit your change of address. You will also need to contact the utilities and get them put into your name. We will get the utility providers for the home from the seller and send the list over to you.
